Rubicon EHS was founded by Dave Rice, CHMM, an Environmental, Health, and Safety professional with more than two decades of experience supporting organizations in managing regulatory compliance and operational risk.
Dave founded Rubicon EHS to help organizations make better EHS decisions—especially where regulatory requirements, operational pressure, and high-consequence risk intersect. His work emphasizes independent judgment, regulatory integrity, and practical implementation over theoretical perfection.
