Dave Rice, CHMM
With over two decades of experience in environmental, health, and safety (EHS) consulting, management, and oversight, Dave [Last Name] is a seasoned expert in navigating the complexities of regulatory compliance. In January 2021, he founded Rubicon EHS to collaborate with business leaders committed to achieving their EHS obligations and goals with integrity and excellence.
Throughout his career, Dave has partnered with clients across diverse industries, including automotive, chemical, commercial lubricants, energy storage, food and beverage, manufacturing, refrigerant gas, and warehousing. His expertise spans a wide range of EHS services, including regulatory compliance consulting, auditing, training, and program development. Dave is also highly skilled in hazardous material management, EHS and ISO 14001 management systems, and the development and implementation of OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM) and EPA Risk Management Plans (RMP).
Earlier in his career, Dave specialized in environmental due diligence and remediation, overseeing facility decontamination and closures, conducting subsurface investigations, performing Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, and managing groundwater remediation systems.
Dave’s comprehensive knowledge, coupled with his dedication to practical and compliance-focused solutions, makes him a trusted partner for businesses striving to achieve sustainable and effective EHS programs.
